• Use the four prior framework elements to make decisions and take action.
• Continually work to refine the agency GMAP process by asking critical questions which confirm our priorities, improve performance, and effectively measure results.
• Build an agency culture that values the GMAP process; which challenges each employee to be actively involved, more creative, and willing to try new and innovative ways of reaching agency goals.
• Use the GMAP process to document our progress and success so our story can be shared with the Governor, Legislature, citizens and our partners and stakeholders in traffic safety.
