ABOUT USAccountabilityOverview
A Tool for Effective Leadership, Accountability, and Results at the Washington Traffic Safety Commission Governor Chris Gregoire has a vision for Washington’s government that is strategic, responsive and accountable to our citizens! This vision works to create a Washington whose population is healthy, well educated, and prepared to compete in the global economy; who's economy is vibrant and growing, and can sustain an affordable high-quality health care system, communities that are safe, secure, and working to repair and sustain a healthy and productive environment, which maintains a transportation system that is efficient, safe and sustainable in the 21st century. These framework elements, when used together, deliver RESULTS which can be measured, improved upon, and clearly communicated to Washington citizens and it's partners and stakeholders both nationally and internationally. The Washington Traffic Safety Commission (WTSC) has worked to fully implement the Management Framework and the GMAP process in order to achieve Governor Gregoire's expectations for our role in reaching the vision outlined above.
