Manage:

• Reorganize the WTSC based upon the SHSP priorities.
• Allocate all resources based on established agency priorities.
• Fully integrate the GMAP process to measure performance, progress and results.
• Engage WTSC staff, partners and stakeholders in finding better ways to manage the agency.
• Integrate the above management priorities into agency Performance Development Plans and job descriptions.
• Manage day-to-day operations by working the plan.
